Drugs, Babes and Gyllene Tider
The band tells us everything in their new book.
Now the truth about GT’s career will be revealed. Drugs, babes and wild partys – everything is represented in details.
We weren’t so innocent like everyone believes, Micke Andersson says.
August 5 the book about GT is published.
The publishing company asked us already last summer. But then we didn’t want to release it. We thought “Återtåget” was enough.
But now is the right time and the band with Per Gessle has decided not to withhold any scandals.
People has always believed that we were so innocent and conscientious. But we did also some stupid things.
One chapter of the book is about when some of the guys in the band tried drugs for the first time.
There’s also stories about meetings with groupies and wild afterparties.
We were only nineteen at that time.
The author Jan Owe Wikström has talk with our friends and he borrowed our private photos. I think there’s even a picture of me when I’m damn drunk and that’s very unusual. In fact I don’t even drink alcohol…
Today Micke says that the band is completely against drugs.
So you aren’t afraid of getting drugmarked?
No, that what is revealed in the book is in fact quite innocent when you look back. As I said, we were young, naive and curious…
But we are conscious of that there will be headlines when the book is published. But we can offer that in that case.
